INTEGRATION OPTIONS
Source tagging and pouch solutions
To enhance durability, we prefer to integrate the RFID tag by sewing it directly into the hem of the product. This source-tagging solution is particularly good for integrating tags into bed linen, sheets, terry towels, and table cloth. It leaves the tag invisible to the end-user, stays in place throughout the product's lifecycle, and, if placed correctly, avoids the folding lines.
For products without a hem, such as jersey sheets, we prefer to integrate the RFID tag using a pouch solution. The RFID is placed inside a small pouch which is then sewn unto the product - as if it was a label.
